Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how I, Darren O. Dela, doing business as Catalyst Consulting, collect, use, store and protect personal information submitted through catalystconsulting.ph, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who is responsible
I am the personal information controller for this website. For any privacy question or request, send me a message through this site.

- Contact details you enter: name, company, position, business email, mobile number, and city or province.
- Your answers to the Free Business Assessment, including the concerns you select, your practice ratings and your written answers.
- The results prepared from your answers, such as your priority area.
- The choices you make at the end of the assessment: an emailed copy, a review request and future guidance.
- How you heard about Catalyst Consulting and, for personal referrals, who referred you.
- Basic technical information, such as the page you came from and your browser type.
How I use your information
- To prepare and show your Sales Performance Snapshot.
- To email you a copy of your results, if you ask for one.
- To assess how closely your needs match the support I provide.
- To review your answers and reply, if you request my review, and to invite suitable organizations to a complimentary Executive Discovery conversation.
- To send you practical guidance by email, only if you choose to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which channels bring visitors to the assessment.
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for purposes not listed here.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored in the customer relationship management system I use, provided by HighLevel, and in the email services connected to it. These providers process information on my behalf and may store it on servers outside the Philippines. Service providers who maintain my website and systems may access it only to support those systems, under confidentiality.
While you take the assessment, your answers are kept in your browser tab so that a refresh does not lose your progress. This is cleared when you close the tab.
How long I keep your information
I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.
How I protect your information
I use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, and I limit access to people who need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed, to access your information, to object to its processing, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to claim damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these rights, send me a message through this site.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. To stop guidance emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
